Service

Web Magnet Media provides CRM, marketing automation and ad-management software on a subscription basis.

Your responsibilities

• Follow WhatsApp Business, Meta and Google advertising policies. Send messages only to people who contacted you or opted in.
• Ad spend, WhatsApp conversation charges and calling minutes are billed by those providers directly, unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Plans are prepaid monthly or yearly. The plan stays active till the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment. Renewals are non-refundable.
