What we collect

Account details you give us (name, business name, email, phone). Lead data that arrives from your connected Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms, website forms and WhatsApp. Access tokens for the platforms you connect.

How we use it

To store your leads in your CRM and run the automations you switch on (WhatsApp, call, email).
To publish posts you schedule to your Facebook Page, Instagram account and Google Business Profile.
To show ad performance reports from your ad accounts.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data. Data from Google and Meta APIs is used only to provide these features to you.

Security

Platform access tokens are stored encrypted. Only you, your team members and our support staff (when you ask for help) can access your account.

Data deletion

You can disconnect any platform from Connect Apps at any time, which deletes its stored token. To delete your account and all data, email hello@webmagnetmedia.com — we delete it within 7 days.
